Financial Guide to Accessing Mental Health Resources

2020, and the 2020 reboot better known as 2021 have been challenging and that may be the understatement of the year! I heard a this quote and I don’t know who to attribute it to, so I’ll paraphrase. During this pandemic everyone has either become a chunk, hunk, monk or drunk. Well while that might not be completely true, many have had mental health stressors that were beyond what they had ever experienced, some had existing mental health problems exacerbated by the isolation and stresses of the last 20 months.

From time to time, I feature an article or website that I think might be able to help people that visit my page. I care about my clients and visitors beyond their real estate needs, and today I want to share a website with you that has recently come to my attention. I have several friends that had struggled through the last year and they sought counseling online and still others in person…whichever route you choose, there is a are expenses that will be incurred. Needing help is one thing, paying for it can be another. I wanted to share a link with you to a website that provides options to get the help you are looking for.

I am not affiliated with the website in any way but I wanted to share their article in the hopes that it might help you.
